When MountainView Software came to PPBH, they were competing in an industry that was very competitive. Whether at trade shows or online, each claims solution company was attempting to lead the market in offering more features at a better price than their competitors. After some initial research and interviews with MountainView’s customers, PPBH determined what the company was doing best — providing a solution for people to the seemingly endless waves of claims. With this in mind, PPBH positioned MountainView as a one-stop claims software solution using the slogan “Calming the Waves of Claims.” This rebrand was reflected in a complete overhaul of mvsc.com, which had never before advertised the simple fact that MountainView Software’s ClaimZone products could provide real claims solutions and not simply an array of features.
Since partnering with PPBH, MountainView Software secured retail giant, Wal-Mart, as a client and was subsequently purchased by Gallagher Bassett. MountainView’s Website continues to function as the company’s primary branding tool, and strategic online advertising and search engine optimization has been key in attracting new clients. Mvsc.com has seen an increase of over ten times in average monthly traffic since 2006. Most important, the company that once prompted a paradigm shift in their industry continues to find innovative solutions to their customers’ needs.
