DAVE SMITH

Partner, Director of Client Services

David L. Smith, APR, oversees PPBH's client services department as well as the largest agency-based public relations department in Utah. A native of Utah and a graduate of Weber State University, Dave rose through the ranks at PPBH.

Dave has helped shape the reputation and public perception of agency clients in the healthcare, public service, sports, consumer, law enforcement, development, and high tech and education industries. These campaigns have resulted in coverage with network TV affiliates and publications nationwide, including NBC's top-rated program ER, PBS Nightly Business Report, The New York Times, Readers Digest and Better Homes and Gardens.

Dave's ongoing work with advanced media relations strategies and integrated marketing practices contributes to successful public relations campaigns for PPBH clients.

Outside the office, Dave can be found hunting in Utah's mountains, refereeing high school basketball and coaching his children's soccer teams. He lives with his wife and three children in Farmington.
